Before launch: operator review required
These notices describe the current website. Business identity, privacy contact, retention procedures, and any commercial relationships must be confirmed by the operator before launch. Legal review is required; these notices are not a guarantee of compliance.
1. Scope and information you provide
This notice applies to Online College Choices. College search selections filter the directory; this site does not submit an application to a school. Contact forms collect your name, email, optional phone, and message. The college inquiry form collects your name, email, phone, ZIP code, desired degree, area of study, highest education level, start timeframe, and permission to respond. Privacy requests collect your email and/or phone, request category, submission time, and processing status. Do not provide financial information, identification documents, or sensitive personal details.
2. How information is used
Contact messages and college inquiries are stored privately in Lovable Cloud and emailed to the operator at info@sparkshiftmarketing.com to respond to your request. Education preferences are included in the inquiry message. Directory suggestions use your selected degree and subject; they do not verify eligibility. Inquiry details are not automatically transmitted to universities. Permission to respond to an inquiry is not consent to automated marketing calls, texts, or unrelated school outreach. Privacy request details are used to handle your rights request and maintain a record. No newsletter signup, payment form, or advertising pixel is configured.
3. Service providers and external websites
Lovable Cloud provides request storage and hosting infrastructure. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which involves requests to Google. Hosting and other infrastructure providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, and request logs to deliver and protect the site. College listing actions stay on this website and open our inquiry form; inquiry details are not automatically sent to schools.
4. Cookies and advertising
No optional advertising or analytics cookies are configured in this website. Necessary hosting or security technologies may still be used. The current website does not implement selling personal information or sharing it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If marketing, advertising, or data-sharing features are added, this notice and any required consent controls must be updated before they are used.
5. Your choices and privacy rights
Use Privacy Choices to request an opt-out from all marketing communications, including emails, calls, texts, and other channels. You may also request access, deletion, or an opt-out of sale/sharing. Rights depend on your location and applicable law; verification may be needed before personal information is disclosed or deleted. Requests are recorded for operator review, not automatically transmitted to schools or unrelated third parties. We do not require marketing consent to browse the directory, and submitting a rights request does not reduce access to the site.
6. Retention and security
Requests are stored privately and are not readable by website visitors. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Request records may need to be retained to honor opt-outs and meet legal obligations. The operator must establish and document a retention schedule before launch; an automatic deletion schedule is not currently configured.
7. Children and international visitors
This college-planning site is intended for prospective adult students and is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit a child’s personal information. Visitors outside the United States should understand that providers may process information outside their home country; applicable privacy protections and rights may differ.
8. Requests and notice changes
You can submit a request through the Privacy Choices page. An operator privacy email, legal business name, and mailing address have not yet been supplied and must be added before launch. Material changes to data practices should be reflected in this notice and, where required, communicated before new uses begin.
